István Hegedűs held a lecture entitled "Will Hungary Leave the European Union?" at the Faculty of Social Sciences of ELTE University on 9 March 2016.
A toolkit about human rights was completed by the Foundation for Democratic Youth (DIA) for the request of the Hungarian Europe Society in the framework of the "Do We Have European Citizen Rights?" project in February 2016. Rita Galambos included the outcomes of the trainings in secondary schools supported by the project into the methodological description.
András Schweitzer participated in the framework of the European Citizen Rights project in the training of the "Create/React: Media" program in Bologna between 5-6 February 2016 and in the "Create/React: Policy" program in Brussels between 17-19 February 2016.
In the framework of the Citizen-rights project trainers of the Foundation for Democratic Youth in co-operation with the Hungarian Europe Society held sessions about democratic rights and responsibility for altogether hundred students of the Petrik Lajos Bilingual Secondary School, the Alternative Secondary School of Economics, the Városmajori Secondary School and the Politechnikum between November 2015 and January 2016.
Citizen Rights: EUROPEAN CALL FOR APPLICATION
The Budapest event of the NGO training programme is co-organised by HES.
The Budapest training of the Create/React program took place between 16-18 October 2015 in the framework of the European Citizen Rights project. The workshop was organised by HES in cooperation with the European Alternatives.
Rita Galambos participated in the training of the Create/React program in the framework of the European Citizen Rights project between 10-12 July 2015 in Lisboa.
Erik Uszkiewicz participated at the training of the Create/React program in Berlin in the framework of the European Citizen Rights project between 19-20 June 2015.
István Hegedűs participated at the preparatory meeting of the common project "Citizen-rights Europe" organised by European Alternatives on 19-20 January 2015 in Rome.
