Who Can Travel to the United States?

On 11 February 2014, in Bratislava, the Selection Committee of the Danube Region established by the German Marshall Fund made interviews with the best Austrian, Czech, Hungarian, Slovak and Slovenian candidates nominated for a US study tour. István Hegedűs is a member of the committee. Enikő Pap was also present as one of the organisers of the event.

Second Public Consultation
On 5 June 2013 Judit Bayer and István Hegedűs represented HES at the new round of an expert meeting in the Independent Journalism Centre in Budapest. The participants discussed the recommendations of the high-level group established by the European Commission on media freedom and pluralism.
