At the traditional annual workshop on 27 December 2013 organised by HES, members of the Society held presentations. First, Attila Bartha elaborated the main theses of the study "Changes of the Hungarian pension system from the perspective of political science", then, Zsuzsanna Végh talked about the report "Certificate of Hungary's Foreign Relations".

The Hungarian Europe Society organised an international workshop entitled "Reforming the EU - Central European Perspectives" at the Central European University, Budapest on 18 March 2017.
Diplomatic Assessment of the Semester
Gajus Scheltema, Ambassador of the Royal Netherlands Embassy to Hungary was the guest of HES on 24 May 2016. The discussion included the priorities elaborated by the Dutch Presidency of the EU Council as well as the challenges facing the European integration.
Is there a Third Way between a Condemnation by the European Parliament and the "Nuclear" Option?
The Hungarian Europe Society organised a workshop entitled "Illiberal democracies – what can the European Union do in case a member state regularly and systematically breaches European values and regulations?" on 2 June 2015 in the European Parliament, Brussels.
