A Magyarországi Európa Társaság nemzetközi workshopján a meghívott szakértők megvitatták, hogy a visegrádi országok miként reagáltak a menekültválságra. A Közép-európai Egyetemen 2016. május 30-án megrendezett eseményen a MET partnerei a prágai Europeum Institute for European Policy, a pozsonyi Human Rights Institute és a Białystoki Egyetem Centre for Direct Democracy Studiesmunkatársai voltak. A workshopot a CEU Center for European Neighborhood Studies látta vendégül, a projektet a Friedrich Naumann Stiftung für die Freiheittámogatja.
